We mainly deliver to the USA, but we also ship all over the world without any problems (worldwide shipping). Only the costs and delivery times vary from country to country.

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 days, then it takes 10 to 24 days to receive your package depending on your country of residence. 

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our unique snake items.

Yes, of course, several possibilities are available to you to track your package at any time:

1) You have an account on our online store Snake-fashion

Log in to your account via the online store and click on the last order placed.

If the order has been shipped, click on the order information and you will find your tracking information there.

2) I don't have an account yet

As soon as your order has been filled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order using the tracking link in the e-mail. If you have not yet received an email, it certainly means that your order has not yet been shipped (the average time it takes to ship your order is 2 to 4 business days).

*Please note that tracking may take 24-72 hours to be updated after shipment.

Your package will be delivered to you during regular office hours (between 9am and 5pm). In case of absence, the letter carrier will, if possible, leave your package in your mailbox. Otherwise the package will be deposited in your nearest post office. You will then be able to collect your parcel directly on the spot with your identity card.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay by Paypal.

For payment with Aurore, Carte Bancaire, Maestro and other debit cards you must pay through Paypal even if you don't have an account.

To do so, simply select "Buy with Paypal" on the Shopping Cart page. You will then be able to select "Pay by Credit Card or Visa Debit Card" on the next page. Then, you enter your country, and in the card type, you will be able to select your credit card.

No, you can't cumulate promo codes. It is only possible to use one per order.

If you encounter a problem with your order (size problem or error), you may return your order within 14 days for a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Once we have received your package, we will then proceed with the refund or exchange.

Yes, this is quite normal, our snake jewelry and clothes are sometimes shipped separately depending on your order.

Indeed, if this one contains for example articles coming from two different warehouses, there will be consequently two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
